Heating did not work. Noise from ac unit outside window kept me awake all night. Room tv an antique. Expensive parking, room Internet and mini bar. Breakfast very good, staff excellent. Courtesy service to the NEC very good.

On arrival we were greated pleasantly. Unfortunatly,,, we were not informed of breakfast times, time of departure, were not informed you had to have card swiped to use mini bar,,, was under the impression internet was free!! It wasnt, wording needs to be changed on Hotel details to make it clear. The room was filthy!! Everything in room was sticky with food, or whatever, and hairs on sheets on one bed!!! Noone answered phone when i tried to ring down to reception to complain!!! No info in room about breakfast times or time of departure! We were eventually moved to a different room, it was cleaner, but nothing like other hotels I have stayed in!! The room had a horrendous noise all night long, like pipes banging together!!! The fire alarm went off at 2am, we went to our designated fire assembly point, and stood until it went off, about 20 mins , NO memeber of staff came to check if everyone had assembled at the point!!! The Hotel was very shabby looking, carpets and all room doors were filthy!!!

Dont use this Hotel!!! I have stayed at many hotels in my life and never one as bad as this!
